Stunning, handcrafted Navajo Imperial Turquoise & Sterling Sliver necklace with a large pendant with braided border and feather design. The piece is marked RB for the artist Running Bear. The 925 stamp indicates silver that is 92.5% pure, the industry standard for sterling. Imperial Turquoise is not a true Turquoise, rather the industry term given to a form of Jasper (Chocolate Jasper) which has been color enhanced and stabilized to produce a unique and richly colored stone truly worthy of its name.
